Ski and Ride From Your Vacation Home
Our 4-level, 4 bed, 2.5 bath home with spectacular views of Sugarbush has a fun setup making it feel much bigger than it is.
- Layout: You enter the house & immediately see the spectacular mountain views.
- Main floor - foyer (mudroom), half bath, open living room, dining room area with a vaulted two-story ceiling and a wall of glass offering spectacular distant mountain views, galley kitchen, wood-burning stove, 55" 4K TV, & stereo. There is a deck off the dining room for enjoying mountain views while grilling.
- One level up from the main floor: there is a master bedroom loft, with a queen bed, private full bathroom, and great views.
- One level down from main floor: there are 3 bedrooms - a second master bedroom with a king bed & a bunk with queen bed on bottom and twin on top; a third middle bedroom with a queen bed on bottom and a with single bunk on top (Birch room) and a fourth small bedroom with a twin trundle bed; a second full bathroom & laundry room with washer/dryer.
- Two levels down from the main floor: there is a complete game room with billiards, ping-pong, darts, foosball table, 50" TV, DVD blue-ray player.
- Ski Locker provided to hold equipment is located just outside the main door.

View from the Living room
The house is facing south with distant mountain views and looking out at - Racers Edge, Spring Fling, The Mall, and Steins Run. You can watch all the action right from the house - skiing, riding, fireworks, torch parade, etc.
Walk-through the front door and look at the amazing views as you enter the great room featuring living and dining space and 2 stories of glass facing south.

Parking
Park your car in our level driveway and back right up to the front door for easy loading and unloading steps away. Access to the house is great, you can back up right next to the front door which makes loading and unloading your gear very easy. The parking area is a level surface. The ski locker is right next to the front door 3 feet from your car. No steep driveway or long carry like most of the other rental houses nearby. WiFi is always on in the ski season.

Nearby is the Sugarbush Health and Racquet Club (SHARC), a year-round sports center located near the base area at Lincoln Peak. SHARC offers indoor (year-round) and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, cardio and weight equipment, squash, racquetball, indoor & outdoor tennis courts, a rock-climbing gym, ping-pong, half-court basketball, fitness, yoga, and tennis classes, a co-ed steam room, sauna, and locker rooms.
This convenient location provides direct access to Sugarbush and all that the Mad River Valley has to offer year-round.

Sugarbush Chalet is located in Sugarbush Village, Lincoln Peak, in Warren Vermont. It is situated on the mountain between the 'Out To Lunch' ski trail and the ‘Village Run’ ski trail. It’s a short walk to the 'Out To Lunch' trail & you are skiing.
